It is September 1945. The village is celebrating the end of the war and Sebastian eagerly awaits the return of
Angelina. When news reaches them that her plane has crashed in the forest, the village’s joy turns to sadness as they all mourn her. All except for Sebastian’s caretaker, César - who believes she is still alive. He seeks out a man to help them find her and together, he, Sebastian and Belle embark on a journey that will see them face great danger and confront a secret that will change their lives forever.
